Small group Core Strength Classes are run by our qualified physiotherapists. This means each exercise is safely tailored to your personal needs. Core Strength Class is an effective way to improve andmaintain spinal stability.

Exercises involve controlled movements designed specifically to enhance muscular support for the back, improving posture and flexibility. We now also offer Men’s Core Srength, Antenatal and Postnatal Core Strength classes!
